Reviewed by Gourmet Society: Loch Fyne 'back to the floor' event
When we were initially invited to Loch Fyne’s ‘back to the floor’ charity event, I have to admit the idea of senior management running a restaurant for an evening had me a little on edge; my mind filled with images of chaotic businessmen rushing around to the sound of plates smashing in the background. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
World Cup 2014: Congratulations (and belated commiserations!) to the USA...
Although the USA is not going all the way in the World Cup, their biggest national holiday is today, Independence Day! Happy 4th of July to our friends across the pond from The Gourmet Society!
